I heard of a product that transmits audio signals over an FM freq so you can use your PDA to play MP3's over your car radio. Anyone else heard of this? Any specifics? Cost? usability? I saw it on another message board but thought I'd check and see if anyone here has heard of it.

I was interested in this item but having looked at some of the reviews on Amazon.com I think I will pass. You might want to check out what other people have to say that have used it.

yes this fm modulator works very well it uses 2 aaa batteries and has 4 diff frequencies..I picked mine up at CompUSA for 29.99 if ya look ya might be able ta find it cheaper....i have had no problems usin this in my car with my axim for mps playback.

Ive got one of these these from radio shack a while ago , it works well, its cost efficient and if you have good antennas youcan recieve all over the house! ) Definately recommend...~D
