When I try to download internet explorer 6 from the dell companion disc it loads directly to my pc and does not show any options for loading to the axim.
I have not had any problems loading other programs, what am I doing wrong.
Keep I mind I am very new to all this.
Also is it ok to have explorer 5 on the pc and 6 on the axim?

Pocket IE and Internet Explorer on the PC have nothing in common other than their name. You have the latest version of all software on your Axim, no need to download any patches. In fact, if you apply the patches at Microsofts site you will intall older versions of software than that on the Axim.
