Well, Dell has a standard return policy of 30 days. And the way they've been... I'd wager that perhaps if you sweet-talked them, they might even extend that if you ordered the new one at the same time.
HOWEVER, again, the speed increase is supposed to be a nominal 20%. How effective is that overall? Probably not much. My impression is you will not notice the difference.
Of course, if I had the B2 I might be complaining to Dell as well just on the principle of the thing (it sounds like you ordered yours about the same time I ordered mine). So if it really bugs you, I'd call Dell and explain. They've been pretty responsive to my missives.
