Dunno. That's what Dell told me... that the cradle charges more quickly and with more power than the non-cradle charger. Could be they just wanted to sell a cradle, but I don't think so. The salesman guided me 100% honest in all other things... even gave me free shipping on a secondary item when he made a mistake on the order.

I don't think that would be possible only because it "clicks" shut and I would think that the cards inside would keep the cover from closing shut, there is not much room, not to mention that the inner cover is covered with a soft protective material that would not be good for attaching a card pocket.

My thoughts on storing memory cards: SD cards are easily small enough to fit in a wallet pocket. In their own plastic case, they can easily fit in a purse or suit pocket. Small SD storage cases are available for under $10 just about any office supply house. One of those could possibly be affixed to the outside of a Rhino case... but I would think that separate storage of SD cards would facilitate best use of the streamlined size of the Rhino.

Rhinoskin case

Hey guys and gals! Watch Dell's website carefully...they now have the Rhinoskin aluminum case, and when I bought mine last week I got it for 28 dollars.

It is all that. I love the way the thing looks. Unfortunately, I just sent mine back today. Wound up not being practical for me.
