Getting a Nokia N96

My old phone crashed a couple of weeks ago and I was considering getting a new phone.Decided that Nokia would be my brand choice but still not sure which Nokia should I get. N96 caught my attention, and I read that it also works with music from Nokia's store. My dillema now is : the music I could get from that store, can I use it on another device? Like a compatible one or something like that.

N96 is a really cool phone, good choice. Regarding the music store which comes with this phone, as far as I know they are drm-ed, so I don't think you could use it on other device.

Well hmm, I think I read that somewhere. But I liked the idea of getting this phone plus a subscription to that Comes with Music store.I could get all the music I like.
Darn, I hate the part about the restricted use of the music, if I get it I want to be able to use it on whatever device I need.

hey, but look at the good part: you get music for free, you don't have to pay for it, even it's protected. It's not like Itunes when you had to pay for it and it was protected, I bought from them and now all my music is protected and blocked in my pc. What about if I want to change my pc, what should I do? You know I'll certainly seacrh for a way to get rid of drm, so that as you said I'll be able to enjoy my music wherever I want.

Yeah, you get free music but u're not able to use that music on whatever you need to.I say it was not such a good choice to star using drm now, since other stores have already started to give up using it.
It would be nice to be a way to free the files from it.

yeah, there are many apps which can remove the drm, but not all of them are legal, and i really don't want to mess with the law and get arrested. Honestly!! Although, I've read some articles some time ago about some apps which can do this withour breaking the law, but I can't remember what tool was about and how it removes the protection without messing the law

Well, I really don't think someone would be knocking on your door to arrest you only for this.
Anyways I found a couple of articles about this and there was a tool Tunebite mentioned there, that could do this job.As far as I read about it it just re records the protected files at high speed and saves them as new unprotected files. It might just do the trick.

N96 is a good choice. Specially the camera is so good. My friend has a N96, sometimes I use his phone for my photography. And music from Nokia's store is good idea but protecting those is bad.

Yeah, N96 or maybe N95..or dunno, it's hard for me to decide.
Well yeah, not that great the idea to drm those files from CWM, I bet there are other people who are interested in this deal but don't get it cause of the drm.
Anyways if that app works I might just love this deal and get it.

It might do the thing, cause I read smth about it and people are kinda content with it, it's said it removes the protection by rerecording the files, which is not illegal, also it supports so many formats for conversion, for both audio and video.
