download themes to Nokia 5220

I own Nokia 5220 XpressMusic and I have adobe's 7.0 version. I don't know why i can't download themes from the above website. It says unsupported format. I also tried OwnSkin: Free Nokia Themes, Nokia Theme Creator, SonyEricsson Themes, Mobile Themes but no luck..same error message.
Any suggestions?

the only theme that you can download is nokia 5220,but sometimes some other same series theme you also can download ,but sony and other brands you can not download successfully ,you can search online directly input your brand and model ,then you can get a lot.i always do like this ,and when you have some experience ,you can go to some good and your fav site only.
