Well, business-wise, it may have indeed been a failure.

The hx4700, IMHO, isn't bad - in some respects (screen size & quality & battery life) it's clearly better than other VGA devices.

I don't know why, but I found HP has a lot of issues (hard reset itself, cracked screen)
I have another post thinking about getting RX3715 (clearance) for $2700HKD ($350), brand new

Oh damn! I am really dissapointed as i have really like Compaq's offerings and then HP's iPAQ when they merged! The HX4700 is easily the best PDA i have owned and i love it (more than my Dell X50v) , i really can't believe they're not making any more VGA ones!
