Hp rw6815/T-Com/WM 5

I am unsure if my problem is with HP,T-Mobile or WM 5. If I'm posting in the wrong place or missed a previous post on this subject, accept my apology, but please point me in the right direction anyway. Thanks.

I have a new HP iPAQ rw6815 phone/pda which has Windows Mobile 5.1 installed. I am a Domino (prepaid) customer.

My problem is that I am unable to use T-com's service numbers (*xxx# xxx = 100 thru 105) for any function except to get the list of service numbers - *100#.

If I key *102# for example all I get is a message labeled, "USSD Info". The body of the message contains "Please wait a moment for a response". No response is received.

I have the following software installed:

Spb Full Screen Keyboard
Spb Pocket Plus
TCPMP ACC Plugin
TCPMP The core Pocket Media Player
DinarSoft MemMaid
Mircosoft Reader (SD Card)
Microsoft Activation (SD Card)
Total Commander
Access NetFront33
OpenNETCF SDF v1.1
Spb Backup
Spb Weather

I have visited the local T-Mobile store talked to the service personnel and they didn't have an answer for me.

I hope you be able to point me to the correction or make a suggestion as to where I might inquire further.

What are these commands you refer to?
These might be something related to your service provider.
I know someone who might know...

Have you given a try to the XDA-Developers forum search engine? It may be of help - those guys know a LOT about the secrets of WM phones.

ecsk2, These are codes get the account balance, activate and deactive roaming and, yes, my problem is with T-Com

Menneisyrs, I'll check into that forum.

OK that's what I thought this is not a device or software issue it is rather a service provide issue, hence you really need to contact them. These features SHOULD work on ANY phone regardless of model or OS.
