Motorola q

Now that the Axim is RIP I have beenthing about upgrading my razr to a motorola q. I noticed that the q has WM5 and was wondering I can simply port my Axim applications to that phone...or is that just too easy.

Any thought on the phone or the port?

I checked out the Q also. Looks like a pretty cool phone

the problems that I have with the Q are:
1..screen is too small.
2..no touchscreen. operate like a blackberry with roller on the side... not sure if works will with WM5 design...

The big gripe I have is that it has no wifi, making you use the provider's expensive net access which never seems to be in the places I vacation (remote places, but with wifi hot spots). I'll keep the Ax.

Also remember that the Q, like many other "Smart" phones out there aren't as smart as they appear to be. They don't come with the Microsoft Mobile Office Suite; meaning, no Mobile Word, Excel, or Powerpoint.
