I'm looking to buy a 512MB CF Card and have narrowed it down to a Kingston brand. But I don't know whether to get the standard version or the elite version.

I can find the standard for about $73 shipped and the elite for $89 shipped. The only difference I can see in the comparison is that the standard's max write speed is 1.5MB/sec. and the elite's is 5.2MB/sec. The maximum read speeds on both are 6.1MB/sec.

I will use this card for movies, music and games mostly. I have an sd card that I'll use for most programs. Does anyone know if the write speed is a big thing for what I'm intending to use it for? Does it effect the speed of games at all, specifically games run under PocketDOS? Or any for that matter?

Sorry for the long post and multiple questions but I just got my 2210 this week and am still trying to figure things out a bit. I fried my 256 sandisk SD card already, so I want a reliable, fast card that I won't need to replace.
