using laptop wireless card with pda

I have an NEC p300 (my son convinced me that I had to try using a PDA so I picked this one up used really cheap) so far I am enjoying using a PDA instead of a regular planner, I may upgrade to something newer soon. in the meantime, it came with an expansion pack that added an extra battery and a PC card slot. What i wanted to know is if there are drivers that can be used so that i can use a regular wireless card for a laptop in it? I suppose the alternative would be to buy a secure digital wireless card but I though that I might as well try to use what I already have (i already have D-Link pcmcia card)

any thoughts or suggestions are welcome!

thanks

thanks again for the help!
