Hi,
I want to upgrade my Palm-size PC (Windows CE 2.11) to Pocket PC (Windows CE 3.0) and I want to sync my Pocket PC with an Apple Macintosh? Is there any procedures to sync my Pocket Pc

Well, if you are truly talking about a CE 3.0 Pocket PC, Missing Sync will not support it. The device must be Pocket PC 2002 or later.

Pocket Mac (which I have never tried myself) may work with it, though. You can see a supported device list here.
