So, has anyone been able to play with the phone for a while to post some opinions about it. We are considering getting it for my cousin, and I am looking for some quality reviews from a fellow WM user.

I have a Shadow and am learning all kinds of things that make me love it more and more. it is a GREAT lower priced phone to get you into the smartphone (mobile pC) category.

I am sure your cousin will love it. It's a great phone and the new NEO interface developed by Microsoft and T-Mobile together is like nothing else out there, it is REALLY sweet.

it's an awesome phone - I use it for my day-to-day device (check the link in my signature and search on "shadow").
it's a little slow sometimes (it's only a 200Mhz processor - half the speed of some of the other devices I used) but certainly enough for mail, GPS, Windows Live Search etc.
