Certain Plan for Treo?
i heard from users of the verizon pda phones that you NEED a data plan or u get charged an immense amount cuz it sends data back and forth every hour..
does anyone have a non data plan such as the 39.99 450 minute plan unlmtd nights and weekends and own the the treo windows mobile phone?

reason im askin is cuz my headphone jack is screwed up on my rx3115 and u use it as an alarm and GPS..i have an mp3 player for the car so i keep takin it and out which is inconvience..i have like 3 car charger in my car..i have a minidsk player in there also but its a hassle to add and remove songs so thats annoyin..then my phone..but if i get this new treo with bluetooth..i can compact that ALL to one device..

so do you NEED a data plan or it?

you don't 'Need' a data plan, but you may be missing out on living in the 'always connected' world if you don't have one. In the UK networks are now moving to flat rate data plans.. which makes the treos even more desirable

You do not need a data plan to connect to the internet. You may be able to use a "wifi card" which would plug in, in place of the SD memory card.

Check it out here on the Palm web site:
