Is there a general "rule of thumb" concerning how much memory to leave on the Axim?

I have ordered an SD card and I am eagerly awaiting its arrival. However, as it stands right now I've filled up all but 3.2MB of my Axim's memory. Is there some sort of rule of thumb regarding how much memory should remain available?

Thanks.

You'll find that your Ax slows down as it has less RAM to work with. 3.2M is pretty skimpy. Definately make sure you close unused aps (soft reset or Settings / System / Switcher Bar).
