Can someone help me? I can't get email attachments to open..such a pictures. what am I doing wrong?

What exactly are you doing? What erros if any are coming up? Off the top of my head, by default only the first 2K of the email is downloaded. Click and hold on the email in question and hit Select for Download. receive the messags again and see if that fixes your problem.

the problem is when I open email, the attachment ( which is a picture) is an icon at the bottom of the email .I mark it for download and resync then I clik on the photo icon but it doesn't open ... I understand it should be viewable. I don't get error messages the photo will not open . is there something I can do to open attachments?
