Maybe this could be considered a newbie question...

I'm trying to figure out why when I go to Start, Programs, I'm brought to a folder that contains shortcuts to all of the programs I have installed on my Axim. How do I change this view?

I could have sworn I've seen other pictures of the Pocket PC software that treats your Programs folder the same way as the Programs folder on your desktop. When you click on programs, the menu is expanded with a seperate item for each program installed.

I find the current layout a bit cluttered, is there an option for the way this folder appears on your Axim?

You can try Dashboard at snoopsoft.com. It's a Today screen replacement that includes a launcher. It isn't what you described, but you might like it.

I used subfolders. In the Programs directory, I now have 6 folders:
Agenda Fusion
Applications
Games
Office
Pocket Informant
System

This neatens things up a bit. Yeah its another click/tap but oh well. Things are much easier to find now. B)
