Can anyone help with a tutorial on how to pair my x51v with my motorola v710 for tethering on a verizon network. i know how to connect to verizon, but i cant seem to pair the axim with the v710

I could never get my X50V with WM5 to pair with my V710. I was having mechanical problems with the V710 and was able to get it swapped out with an E815. I think you may have to accept that the V710 is simply not compatible with WM5. With the E815, there is no problem pairing, and I am as happy as dark lord can be!!!!!

Good news!!! A work-around has been found to use the V710 as a dialup modem for the X51v! :)

See this thread, about half way down the page. It involves using a registry editor (Total Commander works), so proceed if you are comfortable editing your devices registry.
