If it get completely dried out, does it fill itself to maximum again, or must I replace it with new one? Is it standard battery from the mall or should I contact Dell about the replacement? Mine is all the time at 90%, but you never know...

It's a standard battery available just about anywhere.

Its a CR2032 and I keep one as a spare because its cheap and has a long shelf life. The original should last 1-2 years if you don't let your main battery run down.
