I got Battery Pack 2003 right after getting my Axim last week, so I could monitor my battery life. Well when I first got it my full charge said I had about 3 hrs and 45 min remaining. Well after a few days, a full charge now says 2 hrs and 45 mins remaining.

I don't really use for long periods of time, and it spends a good amount of time in the charger each day. What I am wondering is if I should be worried about this change and if I should request a battery replacement?

I wouldn't go by what one program says. Try using the unit, and monitor how long your battery life actually is, with and without BP2K2 active.

The readme file that comes with Battery Pack 2003 says you need to discharge your battery down to 50-60% the first few times you use it, so it can learn how long your battery will last under normal usage. The number it's giving you now is what the program defaults to. Just unplug the power cable from your cradle when you sync and it'll stay on the battery while in the cradle. Just don't forget to take it back out of the cradle so ActiveSync doesn't keep the Axim on continuously. It took me about two days of normal usage to get it down to 60% with my extended battery.
