Well yesterday I decided what the heck and pulled the trigger on a new x51v. Since then it's been one thing after another! First I got and e-mail saying there was a problem with my order so I called them and apparently they can't sell complete care to Florida due to some insurance reasons. Are you freakin' kidding me?!?! :exc: So rather than change things over the phone I have them cancel that order and I go back online to submit another order. I think everything is fine until I get home from class this morning and I have a second notice e-mail from Dell. WTF?

I call them, again, and get shuffled around a bit till finally they tell me there is some issue with my credit card. What's the issue?! It barely has a balance and is no where near the limit! Of course the guy that deals with that stuff isn't in yet so he is supposed to contact me when he gets in, about a hour from now. Not a happy camper right now
