After syncronizing I notice that I still have 2 files that are unresolved. I click to resolve the items and they still will not sync up. Is there any way to find out which files are not resolved. I have compaired the contents of the My Documents folder on my lap top with that of my Ax and they all match, even the file size.

Any help??

Hmm, whenever I have an unresolved item, there is a place to click along the top of active sync (right next to the big green or yellow symbol) saying "resolve items". I'm then given a choice on which version I want to use, the file from the handheld or the file from the pc.

The way I understand it, this only should happen if you modify the same file on both the pc and the handheld between syncs. (Or, if you are using Microsoft money 2002 - it never finishes synching - grumble grumble)

Yeah, I get to option to resolve and it tries. When it is done it still says I have 2 unresolved items.

Maybe try deleting the two files off of the Ax, assuming the copies on the PC are current. Then re-sync.

Are you syncing files, contacts/appts, or avantgo-type things?

I frequently have this happen when my internet content may not be available...avantgo is notorious. :) If one of my channels is not available, I get a failure. Next time I sync, it works fine. Ditto with mobipocket.

Never had trouble with files, myself.

No, this is two FILES that aren't sync'ing. I can't delete them from one (Ax or laptop) as I don't know which files to delete.
