The notification light (power button) won't stop blinking green. I've checked all my S & N settings and looked at all my reminders but it still won't go off. To get the S/N for Dell's assistance, I took the battery off, which reset the unit and the light stopped blinking. But after installing some software, it's back. Any thoughts on why this is happening and what I can do about it?? Any help is appreciated.

Thanks, Darren

Well I left my owners manual home today, but I thought I read that light blinks when battery needs to be charged?

It flashes green when it has a notification. New mail, appointments and such. Mine is blinking now because I have an alarm going off for a meeting later this morning.

It blinks amber when it has a low battery, not green.

Why would mine be blinking green then? My Today screen clearly states that I do not have any Task deadlines or Appointments coming up. I don't download email to it yet. I even deleted all the Tasks I had in there.

What gives?

You just have to figure out what the heck you Axim is trying to tell you. <_<

Same thing happened to me today and I finally gave up trying to discover what I was being notified of. The soft reset cleared it, but there must be a better way.....

Any ideas on what could be happening or how to turn it off?

Stop you people are making me worry.................

Are these things (x5 400) I just ordered really that much of a problem? Can it be easy for a 1st timer to just use and go?

My hope was to simplify not complicate my life..... Do tell me it will simplify my life.....

As I said, the blinking green light is a notfication feature. Your Pocket PC is telling you something.

Press the reset button under the record button on the left side.
