I can't get my desktop computer and Axim X51v to sync the Outlook functions. I get a message telling me that it cannot sync because a different profile was previously set up or it was password protected. I do not know what to do to fix this. thank-youundefined

Run ActiveSync (on your PC)
Select:”Delete Mobile Device” under the “File” menu
