Uninstalled program's icons still in pda?

After I uninstalled porgrams like RealOne player, its icon is still in the Programs files in my x50v, and I can't manage to delete it in the pda.

So I tried to delete it via Activesync, but I couldn't find the RealOne player icon there.

How can I delete the already uninstalled program's icon?

need to be done VIA "file explorer"

"my device" -->> "windows" -->> "start menus" -->> "programs"

~~~~~ and/or ~~~~

"my device" -->> "program files"
