Can X50 read drag & drop files ?

Im planning to buy card reader/writer for mass file transfer (without activesync),
but, will the transfered files accessible & readable especially media files ?

do you have WM5? If you have 5 then you should be just fine. If you are still on WM2003SE you might have some issues with .doc and .xls. Media fiiles, as long as they are the same format - mp3, wmv (whatever they are) you should be just fine. I never had a problem with the x50 series axim I had a while back (now using x51v).

ya, I'm still using WM2k3se, and the format use to be ordinary media files (*.avi *.mp3), so it means the files copied (transfer via card writer) are visible and accessible with resco explorer right ?.

hey thanks for clearing up :)

No problems. A card reader is the best way to transfer the files anyway!

yes... that is how i transfer my music, and cab files... works way better than activesync (and i would also suggest installing all programs thru cab files... so you always have an install source when you arent near a pc)

The card reader gets an overwhelming thumbs up!
