A sticky is a thread that's so useful or important that it always stays in front. It "sticks" in front, instead of falling to the rear like other threads. This thread is not a sticky.
It might not be a bad idea to make this thread a sticky. That way people could look at a sticky and know what a sticky is. Kind of like a book about coffee table that is also coffee table.
