I've been stressing over the fact that my new x51v keeps turning on every five minutes (or less usually) while charging. I've also resorted to unplugging the USB cable. The Micrologics program is also a nice fix. However, I like the simple option of not allowing USB connections - quick and easy and it works without installing any new software.

A trick with that toggle software, if you put the /toggle command after it in a shortcut or command prompt, it wont even open the applet and just open (or close) activesync. I put a shortcut to it in my quick launch bar and it's like opening and closing it, small and sweet :)
