Can someone tell me how to change my axim51v back to factory settings? I'm going to send it back to delll so Im going to delete everything off of it. I didn't download any programs or anything. I read somewhere I can do this by doing a hard reset? Can you tell me how to do that?

Hold down the power button and press the reset button on the back of the Axim (while the power button is still pressed).
Then follow the on-screen prompt.
