Is there a list anywhere about available hotspots? I don't live in a big city so there are not that many places that I know of where Wi-Fi is available (and whether they are free or not) - but I thought it might be nice to have a countrywide "add to" list maybe? I have heard that the bus stops are getting Wi-Fi too so that you can tell if your bus is on its way.

A lot of places I've seen have "WiFI" stickers places on doors & windows, although not all are at eye level. I've also used google and found several good lists also. Best wishes!

None of them list ALL the local hotspots I've found, but they help. Among them, they've got pretty complete listings. Then again, no listing you find is going to be complete. (For instance, none of them list all those free "linksys" wireless providers out there in just about every neighborhood! ;) )
