Each time I try to sync my Axim with my home computer (my main connection is at the office), I get an unresolved item in the calendar. When I click to resolve the item, it says Microsoft Outlook found more than one "name."

Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

You will have to go into MS outlook and resolve the issue, Try this
Go to the date/time in MS outlook and double click on the entry that A/S has flagged.
