Ok I have had my pda all of two days. I can not get it to connect to internet. can anyone help me?

I have a wireless setup. It is ssid-so it requires a network key. I put that in and it says it connects to my router. when i click on the internet it tells me to setup internet

how can i get this to work? i have spent over 5 hours on the phone and keep getting the run around. dell tells me to call the router-they tell me to call dell

Are you using Shared or Open in your Axim's WiFi config?

Any more questions, Grumpy, just ask. And you can't wait, do a search. It's amazing how much you can find out, when you figure out how to use the search function. It's not perfect, and takes some tweaking, but use the Advanced search.
