AximX51v stuck

Worked fine for awhile, but now after installing Weather, a couple of games, I can't get it to connect w. Internet. It tells me it's connected to my Westell, green stix & all. Wi-Fi Companion flashing 100% !. but connection fails. I stripped out all my add ons & still it fails.
I get a message: "Device.EXE problem" Even after I Hard reset I got the message.

Is there some way I can re-install WM5?
I do try to call Dell, but optimum times are when I am at work!
Help!

You need a hard reset. Take the stylus and put it in the little reset button in the back, while holding in the power button.

Then follow the directions on the screen. Takes a few minutes!

I hear ya man! The X51v WiFi connectivity is not up to par compare to other devices. ROM A12 is better than previous version but it is lacking consistency. Go to http://wifi.aximsite.com and check this site for information on resetting your X51v. I used to go there once a week to reset things to get connected.
