It there any way to change the colors of each calender entry? In my paper planner I like to color code different topics, ie...green hockey, pink work, etc.
Thanks!

Not that I know of, but two add-on programs might help (take your pick);. Pocket Informant (pocketinformant.com) and Agenda Fusion (developerone.com). Both programs allow you to assign your appointments to different catagories. They include both a catagory filter and catagory icons. It's not the same as a highlighter, but it is a nice feature.

Your appointment catagories will not be synchronized with Outlook, because Outlook does not support appointment catagories. Likewise the icons.

As to which program is "better" -- that depends on your preference. If you look, you will find several comments in this forum. Both programs have free trial downloads.

Good luck, and enjoy your Ax.
