File Organization Hints.

OK... here's a chance for everyone to put in a few cent's worth. I'm ending up with a lot of temp files, and files that for some reason or another are on my AX and I'm not sure where they come from.

What is the best way to keep the Ax organized. Is it best to work it like the playlist on an Ipod, the files on your desktop should match the Ax exactly? Or can you just drop files onto the Ax without updating the PC? Is the best way to update contacts on the PC and then transfer them to the Ax... inquireing minds want to know.. so do confused mo-ron's......

Maybe I don't have the clue on exactly what the concept is here, and I'm not sure where I'm going.. but I'm making excellent time!!!!!!!:p

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
