Take the Axim. In the grand scheme of things, with everything going on with the divorce, I doubt he'll be hiring a PI to hunt down his missing Axim.

Why would anyone want to steal an axim, everybody knows they don't work and are unreliable!
What a waste of a criminal offense!

Is your friend a little geeky?(like all of us)
because only a completely clueless person or a geek would want to steal an axim!

Sounds like fun, just don't get hurt!
Oh yeah didn't someone else post a thread about someone stealing there AXIM HERE?
This is strange you should take a page from this guys book and use your axim to raise money to buy a hp or palm and then.........

Remember that you are not just getting the Axim, you are getting all the private info on it too. I wouldn't go there if I were you.

:hide: Probably the cheating husband was geek enough to configure a password, so he will have to hard reset the Ax, so no personal info could be compromised IMO .

Somebody said it, if you take it, you are receiving stolen property. If you take the thing and get caught I for one would have no sympathy for you. The messy circumstances are not of consequence in fact all the more reason to stay away from it. They probably won't let you use it in jail!

If it is really stolen, its just wrong to accept it. But, if it was part of the deal settled in court, then its "legal".

Dell wont find you. Most of their employees are all in india.

But police and others can. You dont want to be hiding it all the time and on the run. You could get arrested if it really is stolen.

So figure out if its really stolen.

This really seems to me like a thief fishing for info. Like, 'i just stole an axim, if I connect it to the internet can I get caught?' I wouldn't help this guy out.
