My work laptop is connected to the internet and to the main office thru a VPN. My laptop_username_password (use for login on to Windows) is the same user name and password for the VPN connection.

I also have a desktop with a desktop_user_name_password (used for login on to Window). When I log in to the office from my desktop, I use laptop_user_name_password for the VPN connection. Then I get a pop up that ask for username and password. I then give it my laptop_username_password. I believe that this is because the main office VPN server only recognizes laptop_user_name_password as a valid user to the system and check even though the VPN user name and password are valid.

When connecting to the main office VPN on the laptop, I only need to enter the password for the VPN only. I believe that the laptop automatically responds with the laptop_username_password and the pop up does not show up.

Now on my Axim, I am able to connect to the VPN, using my laptop_username_password. I see the pop that says it is connected. However, when I go to use the browser the intranet or try to access a file it does not work. I am pretty sure that the main office VPN (although connected) is asking for the username and password again (like in the case of my desktop). However, the broswer seems not responding to the popup or is giving me the chance to enter the correct (2nd) user name and password.

Anybody see a way around this?
