Just ordered an Axim 400MHz...GREAT deal!
I've been waiting to jump on a deal for an Axim, and today was the day. Dell was offering 2 (yes, 2!) 15% off for their software and peripherals (one on the product page, and one on the shopping cart page). Additionally, I had a 5% off coupon for the transaction, so my total amount paid (including shipping and tax) for the Axim was...
$236.45!!
I can't wait for it to arrive at my door - I'll be a frequent poster here, I'm sure of it.
As for now, anyone got a deal on a wireless CF card? I can't wait to use my 802.11b network with my Axim!!

That is a good deal! I just got a refub unit for $185 from www.Compgeeks.com but it only has a 3 month warranty, and as I said it is a refurb. I think yours is one of the better deals I have seen for a new 400.
For a good and cheap wifi card, try this deal out. http://www.compusa.com/products/prod...pf4#checkstore
I have this card, and it works great. Pretty good deal for it to.

Heh, it's too late for me to get to CompUSA today (rebate ends today) but I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for future deals!
I know Dell is notorious for shipping out really slowly, so I'll be prepared to wait a couple weeks or so.
I have been wanting a PDA for a long time, but I wanted one with a huge user base and an active community. It looks like I've found it in the Axim; this site rocks!

Just curiosity... I checked the DELL website. 15 % off could be found on the product page, then exactly when did you notice further 15% discount while you are checking out? At least when I was seeing the form for my shipping address, nothing happend.:rolling:

I ordered June 5th at 9pm, they shipped the 6th at 1am (late pickups I guess) and UPS delivered on the 9th. Shipping originated about 100 miles away, so that helped;) But I guess I just missed all those discounts

Actually the dell "mistake" is working again.
It was for Small business though.
Basically, goto dell SB & hit the periferals section, then add it to your cart (you must clear cookies first). The price change is reflected in your cart.
