Best GPS h/w and s/w for Axim X51v

Hi all,

My new Axim x51v (and first PDA) it's on its way, and now I'm looking for a GPS receiver (I guess Bluetooth) that will work best with Axim. Also, for a mapping software that is detailed enough for Canada (in addition to US, of course) and well featured.

Based on what I read so far, my first choice are TomTom 5 + OnCourse SiRF Star III, package deal from GPSnow.com (free vent holder included).

However, I would appreciate your suggestions and help.

TomTom 6 is out (or about to be, depending on where you live), so don't get v5. I sue 5 at the moment, with BT. It's good, in my opinion.
