In two different threads people talk about going to
"Start/settings/Today/{Items tab} and finding Program Bar

I do not have "program Bar" only :

Aftermarket software that modifies the Today page often makes new choices available in that list.
Program bar is a feature of Battery Pack, which also deposits a Battery bar item.

I'm a newbie and I asked my friend (he owns an Ipaq) what he keeps in his precious Pocket PC memory as an enhancement.

The number one item was Battery Pack.

I downloaded Battery Pack 2003 V4.1 which they state supports the Axim.

Couldn't be happier with the product and the price was right too.

$9.99 with a short download.

Puts everything right on the Today Screen for you to use. Now I dont' have to dif five "taps" deep to change my display brightness.
