How can I download directly to my SD card? Particularly today themes of which I have oddles, but no built in memory left to store them. I figured out how to copy and paste from my built in memory to by card, but that is a tedious pain. There must be an easier way.

Are you doing this through activesync?

While sync'd, you can open activesync on your PC. At the top of it there is an "explore" button. In the explore window go to "my device" and then open the folder "SD card". You can paste files into that window, probably drag and drop also, and they will go directly to your SD card.
