Money 2004 w/PPC 2.02
I was trying to save myself some money and use the pocket pc software that came with Money 2004. I was able to load the pocket software to my Axim 51v but the data from my PC will not sync with the Axim. Is it a WM 5.0 issue?

Microsoft Money 2004

The Money 2004 CD-ROM includes the software for Windows Mobile powered Pocket PCs, or you can download the Money 2004 for Pocket PC software (1.21 MB) for free!

Microsoft Money 2004 for the Pocket PC requires a Windows Mobile powered Pocket PC 2002 or Pocket PC 2003 device with 500K available program memory and ActiveSync 3.5 or higher. Source Microsoft.com

Go into active sync on pc and press options there should be Microsoft Money Data. Check that box. The files should then download to your ppc.:approve:
