Will it store and play MP3?
If so, or otherwise, should extra storage be purchased at buy time?
Dell does not ship OS CD with PCs unless you ask for it - is WM5.0 included with purchase, do you have to specifically ask, or buy it?
And, finally, it syncs with Outlook - does the CD include Outlook to load on one's PC?

Take a breath...

Now, its called the x51. It can play mp3s, but a storage card is recommended for more songs. It takes standard headphones too.

The os is in the rom, meaning, it can never be deleted. Programs and updates are written over the top of it.

The cd with outlook and activesync will come when u buy a x51.

Spunker88 is correct, I can't confirm the outlook question as I didn't receive the cd from dell.

Be aware that there are several models of the X51. All of them will do what you have asked about, but if WiFi is something you are interested in you will need to ensure that the model you select has that built in.
