No they are all based upon what is callled Windows CE. Its the nuts and bolts that is behind Pocket PC 2002. I believe that the Sega Dreamcast used Windows CE for its operating system. Click

Basically BEFORE Pocket PC 2002, there where other processors such as SH3 and MIPS. Microsoft figured out that this was a problem and make all PPC makers move to ARM for PPC 2002. XScale is based upon the ARM architecture. So if it says PPC 2002, it is assumed you have a ARM processor. XScale = ARM is like saying Pentium IV = x86.
FYI, ARM is a company that licenses their technology out to companies such as Intel which makes the Xscale.
