My AXIM 400 was working great...Then the touch pad failed in the up and right directions and started slowing in the down direction...I called Tech Support (promptly and courteously answered and walked me through a soft reboot (eventhough I had already done that and told him) - No change...Then we did a hard reset after doing a back-up to "built-in storage" - No change in the dial pad...I will be getting a replacement - Important to note I have NO problem with Tech Support - I think they are great...After the restore, the first time I synced to my computer at work it erased 98% of my schedule on my Work PC...I was able to restore GroupWise from the "trash" folder so I recovered that...Now on my home computer it has disabled tasks and I cannot seem to enable it...Also, my Home computer is now hanging up on "shut down"...I did try a soft reset...My thinking is to wait until I get the replacement, uninstall everything, reinstall and start form scratch on both work and home PCs...Has anyone had similar issues?...Can I just install over wihtout uninstalling to save the date I have or would it be best to formally uninstall?...Or are there any suggestions/ideas out there of what I might have been/be doing wrong?.
