You need to host it somewhere (e.g., imageshack) first. Then when you are writing your post, click on the little icon that looks like a picture and then insert the URL.

You can also post images and files by clicking on the "G0 Advanced" tab below the reply box and then click on the "+" (plus sign) which will bring up another windown for you to browse your files and select the one to post. However, there is a restriction on file/image size when posting in this manner.
