I did set up the imap account which I've got from my University and I use the inbox to get my incomming email directly from the internet (not from ActiveSync.)

The problem is I recieve only the header of the mails, not the folder or the content of them. I remember there was a function when I set up this particular account asking if we want to download all the content of incomming email and I did check it but it still doesn't work.

Thanks again

PS: I really like this lively board. You guys response so quick! :)

I am seeing this same problem. Did you ever find a resolution?

I do not use an imap account, but I sync my e-mail directly from my POP server. I have my Inbox configured to download the entire message.

If your imap setup is the same as my POP this is how I changed the configuration to get the entire message.

1. Open your Inbox
2. From the Tools menu at the bottom of the screen select Options...
3. You should see a list of your e-mail services.
4. Tap the service you want to modify.
5. The e-mail setup (page 1/4) should appear.
6. Tap Next to get to Page 2/4
7. Tap Next again to get to Page 3/4
8. Tap Next again to get to Page 4/4
9. On Page 4/4 tap on Options
10. On the Advanced Page 1/3 Tap Next to get to Page 2/3
11. Finally, you will see the Option to "Get full copy of Message"
12. Tap Next to get to Page 3/3
13. Tap Finish to return to the original Options screen.

This did the trick for my POP account. Hope it also works for you.
