I keep trying to get Avantgo, but every time I try I get an error msg. 5463 which says check my user name and password. (?) I also try from the Avantgo website to check the configuration, but I get nowhere. It won't do anything. What is wrong??:crooked:

I had a similar problem. Try deleting your original data & password, and starting anew. It worked for me. I still get an error message, but receive the advantgo information each day.

Thanks, Dan. But no go. I deleted and changed the name and password on both the Axim and Avantgo, but still get the same msg. Oddly enough, I get Cnet (which I never subscribed to).

I have the same problem and gave up with Avantgo. Too much trouble updating my profile, etc. Why not use mobile favorites instead. It's easier and, to my knowledge, the content is more or less the same.
