Hi, I am new here...
I have been using this axim x51v for maybe 8 months now, but generally for "basic" functions. This morning suddenly the speaker is not working. With earphone, all sounds are still there. This is not much a big deal but rather annoying to realize. Sometimes I need the beep for notification and occasionally does need the alarm clock function from it.

Wondering what happens here and if there's any quick solution here? Thanks,

Try plugging the headphone and wiggling it gently as you pull it back out. There is a little switch inside the headphone connector that detects whether or not there is a plug in and it can get stuck sometimes.

Some have suggested that a toothpick (or anything non-metal) being wiggled around in the headphone connector can fix the problem.
