Dan,
Where in Canada do you live? Rogers (western) has two phones, the Sony Ericcson T68i and the Nokia 6301i are both bluetooth enabled.
From what I've heard, the market is going to be expanding rapidly over the next few months as well. I'm still debating on dropping the $200 - $300 CDN to get either phone or to wait until there are more options available.
Also, if you have a provider such as Fido, you can get *any* unlocked GSM phone and just pop your SIM card into it, and it will work perfectly. I did that with the Nokia Communicator and it worked without a hitch, as *long* as the phone is unlocked, you'll be fine.
As for cables (which will work with almost ANY model of ANY phone out there), I know there are some in development for the Axim, and I expect them to be available very, very soon!
But I'd rather go bluetooth, in all honesty... and given enough time, bluetooth support in Canada should be happening rather soon.
Other options are getting a wireless modem, a Sierra air card, or something similar to that. Let me know where you live and I might be able to give some better suggestions. :)
HTH,
Nick
